Syme Drummond are seeking an enthusiastic HR Admin Assistant!

We are on the lookout for an HR Admin Assistant to join our well-known Glasgow-based customer on their journey to success.

If you have experience in an admin-focused role or are a recent HR graduate with excellent administrative skills and seek experience within a fast-paced, well-established HR function then this could be the perfect move for you.

The ideal candidate should be a self-starter with fantastic administration and communication skills. With a keenness to learn, you will thrive in a fast-paced environment, have excellent attention to detail, and be confident in your own capabilities.

Your responsibility includes but is not limited to, providing administrative support, checking RTW checks, preparing letters and documents, gathering and analysing data, updating internal systems, liaising with the payroll team, etc., and will be able to do so whilst remaining extremely organised at all times.
