What You’ll Bring to the Table:
  • Proven experience as an HRBP, managing the full employee lifecycle in a fast-paced environment (FMCG, manufacturing, engineering, construction, or retail, ideally).
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders.
  • Experience in employee relations, talent management, policy development, workforce planning, and organisational development.
  • A proactive and commercially minded approach to HR.
  • Ability to navigate change, drive employee engagement, and foster a high-performance culture.
  • Hands-on approach with experience in HR system implementation and process improvement.
  • A “sleeves rolled up” mentality – someone who thrives on getting stuck in and making things happen.
