What You’ll Do:

Drive Change: Own people-related projects from employee relations to recruitment, and bring fresh ideas that help shape the business.

What You’ll Need:

Solid generalist HR experience with a proven track record in employee relations, recruitment, and people projects.

Exposure to mission-driven or charity sectors is a bonus, but a passion for making an impact is a must!

Strong communication skills, leadership ability, and the confidence to lead projects and initiatives.
