Syme Drummond is proud to announce an exceptional opportunity for a Permanent Reward Analyst to join a pioneering team in Glasgow. This hybrid role allows you to balance onsite collaboration with remote flexibility, working three days in the office and two at home.

As a key player in a major reward system redesign, you will transition from spreadsheets to an innovative HR online dashboard, restructuring the organisation’s pay review processes for approximately 3,000 employees. Key Responsibilities
  • Manage complex spreadsheet-based pay review and bonus processes across a global workforce of 3,000 employees.
  • Transition from manual spreadsheets to an innovative online dashboard using HR Soft.
  • Create detailed reports and perform data analysis for the Remuneration Committee.
  • Support the annual pay review cycle, ensuring a seamless process from data collection to reporting.
 
 
What We’re Looking For
  • Previous HR/ Reward/ Benefits Analyst experience is highly desirable
  • Strong analytical background with proficiency in Excel and data reporting.
  • Ability to extract, analyse, and visualise data effectively.
  • A go-getter with initiative and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable managing complex datasets and supporting strategic projects.
