Our customer is currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to help manage their end-to-end global recruitment process, ensuring recruitment excellence, providing support to hiring managers, and creating a positive candidate experience.

In this fast-paced and dynamic environment, the successful Talent Acquisition Partner will have excellent communication and listening skills and will take pride in connecting individuals with exciting career opportunities.

They will also use their experience to design job descriptions and curate interview questions. The TA Partner would also be responsible for sourcing potential candidates through online channels and professional networks, promoting equity and diversity in hiring practices, and providing weekly/monthly MI on recruitment stats; and demonstrate the company values and behaviours at all times.

Key Essential Skills

Experience using Workday (preferred)
Incredibly organised and can manage around 10-25 roles at any one time.
Excellent stakeholder management skills
Global Exposure
Clear communication
Able to follow company processes 100% of the time.
Happy to do the administrative side of the role (Contractor agreements, raising PO’s, negotiating agency rates)
